HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We will process and ship your order the same day or within 1-5 business days. Shipping time will vary based on your location, as we can't control the speed. The arrival time is between 12-20 business days for E-Packet shipments, and 3-12 business days for items shipped from the USA.
If for any reason you did not receive your order within the required shipping time-frame, please contact us using the contact button at the bottom right of your screen.

 

WHEN WILL MY TRACKING STATUS BE UPDATED?

Typically it takes 3-5 days after your product has been shipped for the carrier to update its status. If after 5 days the tracking page still hasn't been updated, please contact us at support@thetoolkit.net

 

WHICH DAYS DO YOU SHIP?

Our warehouse ships orders from Monday - Friday 9-7 pm EST excluding weekends and holidays. 

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship directly from the manufacturer (United States, China, United Kingdom, New Zealand). We have multiple fulfillment centers. If you ordered multiple items please note that they may arrive separately. 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes, depending on the product we also ship internationally. 

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Once you have made your purchase, please allow 1-5 business days for processing before you receive the tracking information.

You can check the status of your order at any time from the "Order Confirmation" email that is sent to you. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the email address you enter is correct.

Every order comes with a tracking number. If you cannot find the tracking number email us at support@thetoolkit.net
